Exchange & Returns

At Zayleen Dresses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to change your purchase, we offer the following options.

1. Exchange

Would you prefer another size, colour, or dress? You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

An exchange is possible provided that the requested size or item is still available.

The item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with all original tags and labels attached

  • In its original packaging where reasonably possible

  • Not altered, damaged, or specially customized

Sale items can also be exchanged under the same conditions.

2. Zayleen Dresses Voucher

If you do not wish to exchange your item for another size or product, you can choose a Zayleen Dresses voucher for the value of the item.

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used towards future purchases on our website.

3. Exchange Conditions

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged or returned without their original tags may not be eligible for an exchange or voucher.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with an exchange, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

4. Exchange Procedure

Step 1 – Contact us

Please contact us at info@zayleen.nl with your order number and let us know which item you would like to exchange.

Step 2 – Receive instructions

We will provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.

Step 3 – Send the item

Please package the item carefully and send it to the address provided by our team.

Step 4 – Processing

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the exchange conditions, we will arrange your exchange or issue your Zayleen Dresses voucher.

Important

Our exchange period is 14 days from the date you receive your order.
